BioI grew up in Hanwell, in the [London] Borough of Ealing; gained a degree in Zoology from UCL; moved to Worthing in 1983; and now work as the laboratory technician in a school's Chemistry department. That school's pupils have nicknames for many of the staff and, presumably because they haven't heard of any other famous lab techs, sometimes call me 'Igor'. I am single (which is a detail that I might [speaking theoretically] be prepared to change) & childless (changing which would take considerably more persuasion...). I belong to the Richard III Society, and have been a regular contributor to an amateur magazine called 'Alarums & Excursions' (which is mainly about roleplaying games) for almost a decade.
